Fat to Breasts in Thin Patients

Fat Grafting to the breast has been performed now for almost 20 years with excellent results. Dr. Del Vecchio was the first to publish the quantitative results of fat grafting to the breast in 2011. His technique of expansion vibration lipo filling results in Fuller Breasts in one session.

This can even be done in thin patients with very little body fat as seen in this patient above. 300 mL of fat was placed in each breast.
